Our Story
RavenClear was founded by Dennis Blacksmith, a 20-year U.S. Navy veteran with extensive experience as a Naval Aviator and Program Manager at NAWCTSD. Having directed large-scale naval aviation training programs, he understands both the operational demands of warfighters and the realities of DoD acquisition and compliance.
This firsthand insight — combined with deep knowledge of the new DFARS 252.225-7052 and NDAA §842 rules — allows RavenClear to provide solutions that are both technically sound and practically achievable for defense contractors.
